What is Bio-Technology?

Using biological processes is not a milestone. We have begun to crop and animal husbandry 10,000 years ago to ensure a stable supply of food and clothing. We used the biological processes of microorganisms than 6,000 years to make useful food products such as bread and cheese, and to preserve dairy products. Why biotechnology is soon received so much attention? During the 1960s and 70s our understanding of biology reached a point where we can start to use the smallest parts of organisms, biological molecules, in addition to using whole organisms. A better definition of the meaning of new words:New Biotechnology and the use of biomolecular cellular processes to solve problems or make useful products.
We can have a clearer idea about the meaning of the word biotechnology, simply by renaming the plural, biotechnology. Biotechnology is a set of technologies that exploit the attributes of cells, such as their manufacturing capabilities, and put biological molecules like DNA and proteins, to work for us.
